Established in 2017, Ken and Kelsey Dalida of Fort Saskatachewan made a name for themselves. Operating now for 7 years, Ken’s Catering has grown substantially with an astounding reputation. Preparing meals with precision, detail, and quality is the pride of the business. With a dedicated culinary and service team behind them they continue to grow their name as the catering company of fort Saskatchewan, Edmonton and surrounding areas. Ken’s Catering services offices, schools, weddings, funerals, industrial areas, birthdays and so much more. From individually packaged meals to buffet banquets, elegant cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and everything in between! Ken’s Catering is proud to service the industrial heartland with a 60 day menu to keep your team motivated during those long seasons. From 10-1500 people Ken’s Catering has a menu for you!

ken dalida

EXECUTIVE CHEF/ OWNER / OPERATOR

Ken Dalida is a self taught chef originally from the Philippines whom gained inspiration and first hand training from some of the most talented chefs in the world. Spending nearly a year in the Grand Cayman Islands, Ken had the opportunity to work in the culinary capital of the Caribbean alongside many world renowned chefs. After returning back to Canada, he was inspired and driven and knew exactly what he wanted to do. Ken and his wife started up a catering company in 2017 and have continued to grow and expand, now employing over 20 employees. Ken ensures top quality execution with every dish prepared by himself and his growing team.
